Batik Reticulata No 2
£26.00
The beautiful effects that are achieved by combining various colours of glass are shown to great effect in these 'Batik Reticulata' beads, only two colours are used to give the effect of something complex and intricate, yet simple in execution. Letting the glass do the work is a hard thing to do, yet when it happens and the colours work together this is the result.
A grey-blue base glass is used, dotted with rich ink-blue, the central beads is hollow and is accented by six smaller beads.
The central bead measures approximately 12x17 and the beads are temporarily strung on copper wire with silver-plated beads and cute little acrylic bicone spacers.
