Iznik Tile - etched pale turquoise and yellow beads

The etched glass feels silky to the touch, the colours change completely from the same glass when it's shiny.  Beautiful pale turquoise glass overlaid with a rich egg-yolk yellow glass form three substantial hollow focals teamed with four small accent bead.

The fosetta in the beads are a sign of an expert craftsman, each one rounded and curving into the bead, giving a smooth and elegant feel to the beads and allowing them to be used in a project without worrying about the stringing material being cut or chafed by sharp edges.

The three large hollow focal beads measure approximately 16x22 and the accent bead are approximately 9x12mm and are temporarily strung on copper wire with small silver-plated beads and tiny acrylic blue bicone spacers.
