These gorgeous melon beads are made with glass from the Roman Glassmakers, which they make according to their research into Roman glassblowing The glass is the same as they use to make their own reproductions of Roman blown glass vessels.
Each melon is approximately 11x15mm but may vary slightly as they are indivitually handmade. The hole is approximately 2.5mm in diameter, and the beads are annealed as with all our beads.
There are a limited number of these beads as the glass is only available on an occasional basis. At present, there are a maximum of 100 beads available.
